Please make sure to allow access to your property by keeping gates unlocked and pets inside your home on scheduled service days.
Do I need to be home for my first visit?
We would love to see you and speak with you about your lawn if you are home. If you can’t be home for your visit, we’ll leave a service summary at your front door (or send it via text or email, based on your communication preference selected), and email you with details about the services we’ve performed. Your service summary is also available after every appointment on your Account page or on the TruGreen mobile app.

Should I water my lawn before or after an application?
We recommend watering your lawn with 1 inch of water within 48 hours after an application, except in the event of a modest rainfall. This will help deliver the nutrients to the roots where your grass can actively utilize it, which will help achieve optimal results from our lawn application.
