Managing Your Account with TruGreen

So you’ve made the decision to take care of your outdoor living space with TruGreen, we’re so glad you’re here! At TruGreen, we want you to spend your time making the most of life outside, so we've made managing your services simple. You may be wondering exactly how you can manage your lawn care online, and we’re here to walk you through it. 

If you are a new lawn lover and haven’t yet registered for a TruGreen account, let us help you get started. Registering for your account is simple: 

1. Visit myaccount.TruGreen.com on your phone or computer
2. Tap or click the Register button you see on the page 
3. Fill out the requested information and click or tap Register

Pro Tip: If you aren’t sure of your customer number, you can check your billing statements, post service emails, service tickets or give us a call at 1-800-TRUGREEN. 

If you already have an account, you can visit myaccount.trugreen.com and enter your username or email and password to login. Once you login to your account, you will have access to many useful features that will assist in managing your TruGreen services. 

• Account Summary: Information about which services you’ve signed up for, your current account balance and how to sign up for prepay.
  Prepay allows you to bypass unnecessary paper bills and have your payment automatically withdrawn from your account. 
• Service Details: Shows you how many services have been completed on your lawn and how many remain for the year. You can also view past invoices or service tickets. 
  Service tickets contain written notes and tips from your TruGreen specialist.
  Love your specialist? Give them 5 stars! Below each plan you can provide feedback on your specialist.
