Step by step guide to completing your TruGreen satisfaction survey
Looking to leave feedback on your most recent service visit? Maybe you've had a wonderful experience and would like to recognize your TruGreen specialist for a job well done. Maybe you aren't satisfied with your results and need followup. Not to fear, taking a survey online is easy if you follow these steps.
- If you already have a TruGreen online account, click here to log in
- To create an online account, click here to register. You will need your TruGreen account number handy (this can be found on bills, welcome letters or emails, and post-service emails)
- Once you have logged in, click "Send us your feedback" on the left-hand side (see the above picture)
- You will be taken to our quick online survey. It will only take a few minutes to complete!
