Frequently asked questions about TruGreen’s e-commerce services:
o How soon after I purchase a new service online can I register for the mobile app or My Account?
If you are new to TruGreen, welcome! You will receive your designated customer number by email within 24 hours of purchasing your new services. Using your customer number, you will be able to gain full access to our exclusive mobile app and My Account.
o How soon will you service my property?
You can expect your first service to typically be scheduled within 7-10 business days, depending on the season. You can also schedule and track services with ease, via our TruGreen mobile app or by visiting My Account on our website. To start using our new app, download it today from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
o I’m already a customer; can I add new services online?
With our e-commerce tool, adding services has never been easier. Visit My Account and choose which services you’d like to add to your current plan.
o Speaking of my current plan, am I able to upgrade?
Currently, our system cannot replace your current plan; however, you are able to choose individual services to supplement items that you may want added.
o I’m already a customer; how do I prepay for my current services?
Logging into our mobile app allows you to pay your bill with ease. You’ll also be able to set push notifications, rate your service and view past invoices with the swipe of a finger. You can also prepay your services on our website, by visiting My Account.
o What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible payment methods with our PrePay and EasyPay options. These help you save money and get the service your lawn needs. Get rewarded with additional savings when you PrePay, or pay after we service when you select EasyPay. For your convenience, we accept: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, as well as direct bank transfer.
o Is it possible to only have part of my yard serviced?
Of course! We are here to service your yard according to your wants and needs. Contact our specialists for a custom quote by calling us at 1-800-464-0171 (Monday through Friday, between 8am-6pm CST), sending us an email, or by visiting My Account.
o Can I get service at multiple properties?
Absolutely! You can get our specialized TruGreen services for as many properties as you like.
o How many times will you visit my property?
Depending on your plan, the typical schedule for applications is every 4-6 weeks. TruGreen service continues year after year unless you advise us to discontinue. Customers find that continuing the program from season to season and year to year is the best way to maintain the lawns appearance. It also allows us to care for your lawn at the best time for the best results.
o What if I do not see the services I’m looking for?
Please contact us through our website by visiting My Account or give us a call at 1-800-464-0171. Your satisfaction is our main concern, and we will be happy to ensure that the product you’re looking for is available in your area.
