I’m Kelly Carlson, General Manager in Maplewood and Sioux Falls, MN. I have been with TruGreen for 20 years and have worked at branches in Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Topeka. I started in the service department and worked up to General Manager where I have been for the past 6 years. In all the different teams I’ve been part of, there have been two constants. First, servicing customers is my number one priority, and second, a branch is only as good as the people that work there. I’ve been fortunate to work with great people everywhere I’ve been; people who truly care about our customers’ needs and concerns.
