I’m Roger Fairchild, General Manager of the South Bend branch. TruGreen is the only company I’ve worked for since graduating from Michigan State University in 1984. I’ve been in the South Bend location since 1986 in various positions from Tree & Shrub Route Manager to Commercial Sales Representative and for the past 6 years as General Manager.
