I’m James Bollin, General Manager of the Woodlawn site in Baltimore, MD which is part of the East Division. I have worked for 15 years with TruGreen, starting as a Route Manager providing frontline service directly to our customers and progressing to the level as a General Manager. TruGreen isn’t just about business to me; it’s also about my home. Like our customers, my lawn is an extension of my home for my family and friends to enjoy. That helps me to fully understand how you, our customer, value a lawn that is healthy and weed-free. My primary goal as a General Manager is to see that our customers receive the most helpful experience by building a relationship with every employee throughout the branch to achieve the professional service that will improve the quality of their lawns and landscape.
