I’m Mike Francis, General Manager of the Providence branch. I have worked for 26 years with TruGreen, starting in direct services to our customers and advancing to the position of General Manager. I attended the University of Rhode Island in Turf Management and before coming to TruGreen, I was a greens keeper in Bristol, RI at a family owned golf course. TruGreen isn’t just about business to me; it’s also about my home. Like our customers, my lawn is an extension of my home for my family and friends to enjoy. That helps me to fully understand how you, our customer, value a lawn that is healthy and relatively weed-free. My primary goal as General Manager is to see that our customers receive courteous, professional service that will improve the quality of their lawns.
